Nahla was born 1 pound, 3 ounces at only 25 weeks.  I was so scared thinking that she wouldn’t make it.  I struggled daily with not knowing if she would pull through. It was the single most horrifying thing I’ve ever gone through.  My little, bitty baby girl came into this world fighting, so very feisty.  She's my hero.  We spent four and a half months at the Mercy NICU, my second home.
